150ml Water

350ml F&N Cheeky Cherrydale

40g Sugar

10g Gelatin powder (soak gelatin in a small bowl with 2 tbsp water)

Ingredients B (Milk cherry)

175ml Water

250ml F&N Cheeky Cherrydale

55g Sugar

10g Gelatin powder (soak gelatin in a small bowl with 2 tbsp water)

75ml Fresh milk or Evaporated milk (to be added last)

Bring Ingredients (A) to almost boil, add soaked gelatin and stir till gelatin dissolved and boil liquid for 2-3 minutes, set aside.
Bring Ingredients (B) to almost boil, add soaked gelatin and stir till gelatin dissolved and boil liquid for 2-3 mins, off heat. Continue to stir liquid to almost cool and add milk into it, mix well.
Prepare 6-8 small glasses. Pour 2-3 tbsp cherry liquid into each glass and chill to set for about 10 mins or put in freezer for about 5 mins.
Remove from refrigerator and add 2-3 tbsp milk cherry liquid and chill for 10 mins or put in freezer for about 5 mins..
Repeat process until you finished up the cherry liquid and chill for 2 hours and serve..
