Blueberry Pie

Made this Blueberry Pie two days for a friend of mine, using the remaining canned blueberry pie filling that  I've made a blueberry cream cake for Kimberly's birthday last week. This is a very easy recipe that you can make the crust dough a few days ahead and use it anytime you like. Hope you enjoy this delicious pie too :)

Here is the recipe

lined a 9" flan ring
1 can Blueberry filling

Crumble Topping
100g Plain flour
30g Brown sugar
40g Soft butter

Mix all crumble ingredients together with your finger tips and put in the fridge for later use.

Sweet short crust pastry
200g Plain flour
20g Milk powder
110g Butter, cut cubes
35g Icing sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Ice water
