I love Hor Fun (Flat Rice noodle) to be cooked in soup, gravy or stir fried is because of the smooth and slippery texture of the noodle. I cooked this easy ~ Seafood Hor Fun (海鲜河粉)
yesterday. Added to the Hor Fun are white fish, fish cake, prawns, squids and some cai xin (vegetable). You can add any ingredients on hand like beef, chicken, pork, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms and you will enjoy this one dish meal very much.
