I bought two packet ready made puff pastry last week and made this easiest and quickest snack without using rolling pin and you don't have to refer to any recipe too. Just a little effort and you get this light and crispy Almond Biscuits.

After baked, leave biscuits to cool and store in airtight container.
Kitchen note:
Thaw the pastry overnight in the fridge so it will not be that wet & sticky compare to thaw it on the counter top.
Lightly dust work surface with flour. Lay the puff pastry on top and again dust some flour on pastry sheet.
Prick the pastry sheet all over with a fork, if you don't want the pastry to puff so dramatically.
