This is the most simple meal I cooked today by adding smoked salmon. I didn't add any extra ingredients except prawns (my favorite) that I always have stock in my freezer and fresh dill from my garden.
Here is the recipe:
150g Spaghetti
1 can Smoked salmon
10 Medium prawns - shelled and clean, season with little salt and pepper
1 tbsp Garlic - chopped or sliced
1-2 tbsp Fresh dill - roughly cut
50-80ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions. Dish up and put in a large bowl.
- Use fork to loosen the smoked salmon and set aside.
- Heat frying pan at medium heat, add olive oil and throw in garlic and saute for a while.
- Then add in prawns and fry till cooked, lower heat and pour in the smoked salmon and fresh dills ~ stir fry well and off heat.
- Lastly pour all the ingredients on the cooked spaghetti and toss well with some pepper then serve into individual plate.
