Abalone in Oyster Sauce


This simple dish~ Abalone was prepared on the last day of Chinese New Year ~"Yuan Xiao Jie"元宵节, 28th Feb.

200g Spinach ~ wash and cut to about 3" length

Sauce
400g Water
1/4tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 1/2 tsp Hua Tiao Chiew 花调酒 (Chinese cooking wine)
