Almond Logan Tofu 杏仁龙眼豆腐


A very welcome cooling dessert for everyone after meal.


1 packet + 1 tsp Agar agar powder
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Gelatine powder - In a small bowl, soak gelatine with some water from 1800ml
1800ml Water
320g Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Almond flavour
400ml Fresh milk
3 cans Logan
