Black and White (Agar Agar) Pudding






300g Grass jelly (unsweetened) - cut cubes

(A) Ingredients:
1000ml Barley water
220g Sugar
4 pcs Pandan leaves
1pkt Agar agar powder

In a pot, mix 1000ml barley water together and boil, keep stirring for about 5-7 mins at low fire. Switch off fire and add in 150ml milk (add a little white colouring), stir for another few mins and pour into 10" square tray to let it set. Cut to cubes.

note: Boil 150g raw barley with 2000ml water to get the barley water.

(B) Ingredients:
1200ml Water
220g Sugar
1pkt Agar agar powder (+ 1 tsp)
4 pcs Pandan leaves

Mix all the (B) ingredients together and boil, keep stirring for about 5-7 mins at low fire.
